clients requesting transportation arrangements, contacting vendors, building
customer relationships, conducting research, and resolving customer
concern

2 (Two) years call center and/or customer service
experience,
excellent communication/written skills, must have computer
knowledge, excellent typing skills, health care and/or insurance industry
a plus, bilingual skills a big PLUS!
